The Basics...

Double occupancy - $125 to $165
		Plus 7.1% PA sales tax

Rollaway beds - $20
		(additional guest in room)

Infant Cribs - $10

Check-in - 4:00 PM to 6 :00 PM
		Check-in between 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM is an additional $25/room and
		must be arranged in advance. There is no check-in before 1:00 PM.

Check-out - 10:30 AM
		Late check-out is an additional $10.00 per hour and may not be
		available due to other guests arriving. After 3:00 PM, an additional
		night's stay will be charged instead of the hourly rate.

Reservations

A 50% deposit of room rate will be required to secure a reservation

Personal check, credit card or cash accepted for payment

Three-night stay preferred on holiday weekends

Cancellations/Refunds

In the event of cancellation, monies received for payment towards reservation(s) will be credited, by issuing a gift certificate, in the same amount. There are no cash refunds.

There will be no gift certificate issued for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date unless we can re-book the room. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival date, full price will be charged for the room on that date.

No-Shows will be charged the balance due.
